Our goal is to create strong school libraries for every child in the state.
School libraries are not a luxury. Children need access to school libraries staffed with full-time, certified teacher-librarians, and funding at a fair, consistent, and equitable rate.
School libraries need to be at the heart of public education, serving children with critical support to teach information and technology skills and foster a love of reading - support
that has never been more important in preparing our students and our state for future success.
